A company is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner who will provide HR consultation and support to designated operating companies in the West Coast region.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and practices that support business growth
Provide consultative HR services in areas such as payroll, benefits, employee relations, and organizational development
Analyze reports to aid decision-making and collaborate on programs related to wellness, culture, and training
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or related role
Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations
Experience in building company culture and increasing employee engagement
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
Familiarity with HCM systems required; Workday experience preferred
