Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Quote new and renewal business as needed. Collaborate with the Personal Lines team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Ezlynx software. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the agency. Licenses / Certifications : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Ezlynx software is preferred. Soft Skills : Strong communication abilities both written and verbal. Outgoing and personable with a positive attitude. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and growing organization.

Personal Lines Account Executive (Remote)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Executive (PL AE) to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun environment with a company that values collaboration innovation and professional growth. As a fully remote position you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be part of a thriving team that specializes in Personal Lines (PL) insurance with access to a steady stream of leads and opportunities for success.
Compensation Package
- Salary : $65000 - $80000 annually plus new business commissions (selling is not a requirement).
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package including UnitedHealthcare (UHC) with 50% of the employees premium covered.
