Job Description :

• Ability to complete all phases of process including machine / equipment operation, setup, troubleshoot and correct process deficiencies
• Ability to develop process / procedures to customer requirements
• Work with minimum supervision and a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions while ensuring a safe workplace
• Participate in productivity improvements
• Proficient in problem solving in manufacturing processes
• Ability to lead problem solving exercises
• Be able to offer ideas to improve quality, manufacturing and efficiency within the department
• Must have working knowledge of basic hand tools and measuring devices and equipment, good mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills
