IT Service Analyst (Chicago)

Taft is seeking an IT Service Analyst to join our team in our Chicago office.

We are seeking an IT Service Analyst for our Chicago office. IT Service Analyst serve clients by providing technical support to our attorneys and staff. All Taft employees operate under a "Client First" philosophy-in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.

Essential Duties :

• Assists all users of computer systems and software in their daily use of programs and equipment on an as-needed basis.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, Windows 10 and network technology in assisting end users.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of other technology products including Remote Access (Terminal Services, VPN, wireless, etc.), and other legal specific applications.
• Demonstrates strong problem solving, analytical skills and initiative.
• Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel in a team environment.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

Taft offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401K, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, bonus and more. The salary range for this position is $32.14 / hr. - $38.46 / hr. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on work experience, education, and / or skill level.

Position is worked 100% in-office.
