As a Surface Warfare Analyst, you’ll bring your full range of knowledge and experience in leadership, integration of shipboard systems, operational and tactical maritime warfare, command and control, ship maintenance and modernization, Navy training systems, installation management, and managing people, policy analysis, training, logistics, and shipboard material readiness to work alongside thought leaders in consulting, analytics, and digital solutions to improve surface ship readiness. You’ll use your skills and expertise to analyze problems, develop solutions, and work with Navy leaders to improve surface warfare. You Have :

• 24+ years of experience in surface warfare, including a Surface Major Commanding Officer tour, afloat or ashore.
• 2+ years of experience on an Echelon III or above Navy, Joint, or Combatant Command staff.
• Knowledge of Surface Navy readiness policies and systems.
• Ability to develop, produce, and present briefings, issue papers, presentations, and documents at the tactical through strategic levels at the General Officer and Flag Officer level.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
