job_description.job_card.job_descriptionUnrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.) Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year post-licensure Background in management consultation, critical incident response, and training delivery Experience with regulated industries (DOT / NRC preferred) Proficient with telehealth and evidence-based modalities (e.g., short-term, solution-focused therapy) Skilled in risk assessment, safety planning, and timely documentation Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with clinical teams Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical practice Deliver critical incident response and provide immediate mental health support Conduct tailored training sessions and benefit promotion events for employees Offer management consultations and HR guidance on workplace and organizational issues Assess and manage member or organizational crises, including safety planning and follow-ups Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with risk management and confidentiality standards
