Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Integration Developer Lead to join our Healthcare organization's IT implementation team as a crucial member of our enterprise-wide Workday implementation project. In this role, the person will be responsible for leading the configuration and development of data integrations within the Workday ERP system, focusing on HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday integration development and a strong background in integrating Workday with Infor ERP CloudSuite and other 3rd party solutions, i.e, benefit administration, time tracking, etc. The lead will also be responsible for presenting the design, development, testing and deployment strategies and approach to Program leadership.

Overall, it plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability across an organization's technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Workday Integration Developers in configuring and developing data integrations within the Workday ERP system for HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.
• Collaborate closely with the implementation team, business stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and design data integration solutions aligned with business needs and objectives and translate them into technical specifications.
• Build and configure data integrations between Workday and various enterprise systems; specifically focusing on HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules for our enterprise-wide implementation.
• Lead the design and development of complex integrations (pre-built or custom) between Workday and Infor ERP CloudSuite, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization across the enterprise.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data integration projects, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and implement best practices, standards, and methodologies for Workday data integration development, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
• Configure Workday connectors, including Core Connectors and Cloud Connect, to establish seamless integration with external systems and third-party applications.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting business stakeholders to gather requirements and design data integration solutions aligned with business needs and objectives.
• Develop and implement custom Workday Studio integrations using XSLT, XPATH, and XML technologies to transform and manipulate data as per business requirements.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining Workday EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for inbound and outbound data transfers between Workday and external systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Write and maintain documentation for integration processes. Configurations, and customizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of data integration processes. Also, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation for data integration solutions, including design specifications, data mapping documents, and integration architecture diagrams.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and capabilities in Workday integration development.
• Stay updated with Workday updates, releases, and best practices related to data integration and business processes, sharing knowledge with the team as needed.
