Lodging Coordinator

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
At Corporate Hospitality Services, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lodging Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely lodging arrangements for our clients, maintaining strong communication with both hotels and internal departments, and supporting our commitment to exceptional service in the oilfield hospitality industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Answer and screen incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Accurately gather information and enter data into the queue system
- Monitor and respond to reservation and lodging emails, assigning tasks appropriately
- Book lodging accommodations accurately and promptly
- Liaise with hotels to update or resolve issues with reservations on behalf of clients
- Communicate with clients regarding updates or issues reported by hotels
- Negotiate and confirm hotel rates to maximize client savings
- Review entries in Salesforce to avoid duplicate bookings
- Inform clients about hotel policies that may incur additional charges (e.g., cancellations, parking fees)
- Address and resolve client complaints related to CHH facilities
- Complete nightly check-in call lists and document all interactions thoroughly in Salesforce
