Your role and responsibilities

ole Overview :

The Procurement Analyst will support procurement operations within a multi-billion dollar acquisition program. This role is essential in ensuring timely, compliant, and value-driven purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly routed for approvals.

Execute purchase orders in alignment with procurement policies, maintaining fairness, transparency, and competitiveness.

Collaborate with procurement leads, specialists, contracting officers, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure contractual requirements are met.

Maintain thorough records of procurement actions, including contract awards, modifications, and closeouts.

Monitor and ensure timely execution of procurement activities to support program goals.

Qualifications :

Strong background in procurement, contract management, or supply chain operations.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required technical and professional expertise

Minimum of 2 years experience in procurement or supply chain management.

Experience conducting procurement and procurement analysis in federal or public-sector environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.

Familiarity with supply market trends, supplier capabilities, and supply chain best practice

Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the US government

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience working in federal procurement or supply chain roles.

Prior experience in the aviation and / or construction industries.
