job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform consultations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans Administer a range of aesthetic procedures, such as injectables, laser treatments, and skincare procedures Educate patients on treatment options, pre- and post-care instructions, and potential outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Ensure a comfortable and safe environment for patients throughout their experience Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments Current RN or NP license in the state of Minnesota Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic or cosmetic procedures is a plus Certification in relevant aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments) is a plus Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and delivering natural-looking results
