What You’ll Do Protect families and individuals, business owners and employees with tailored life insurance solutions (primary focus).   Offer additional financial products, including annuities and securities, to provide holistic client solutions.   Build long-term relationships with clients by listening, educating, and guiding them through major life decisions.   Develop and manage your own client base through personal networking, referrals, community involvement, and agency-driven leads.   Collaborate with an experienced team, mentors, and home-office support to grow your business.   Participate in ongoing training, sales development, and professional growth programs.   Who We’re Looking For We are seeking individuals with :

• Entrepreneurial drive – self-starters who want to build their own practice.   Coachable spirit – open to training and mentorship.   Passion for helping people – motivated by making a difference in clients’ lives.   Strong communication skills – ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.   Competitive mindset – resilient, driven, and committed to long-term success.   Preferred but not required : Sales, teaching, coaching, or leadership background.   Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or securities.   State Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain).   FINRA Series 6 / 7 and 65 / 66 securities licenses (or willingness to pursue).   Compensation & Benefits Competitive first-year commissions (up to 55%+ of premium on life insurance) with additional new agent bonuses in your first three years.   Renewal income – vested commissions starting in policy year 2, providing long-term residual earnings.   Production and Persistency bonuses for strong performance and client retention.   Incentive trips & recognition programs (annual Leaders’ Conference and Chairman’s Trip).   401(k) matching, training allowance, and professional development support.   Run your own practice, but with the full support of Centric Financial Group and the companies of OneAmerica Financial , which are backed by almost 150 years of strength   Why Join Centric Financial Group?
