ROLE IMPACT
Join a dynamic support team within a Fortune 10 healthcare organization where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring supplier compliance and data accuracy. As a Supplier Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving supplier issues, gaining hands-on experience with top-tier systems and cross-functional teams—all while making a measurable impact on operational performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary contact for supplier inquiries via ServiceNow and SalesforceResolve issues related to DSCSA compliance, EPCIS data, and documentation gapsCoordinate with IT, compliance, and supply chain teams to troubleshoot escalationsMaintain detailed case notes and ensure audit-ready documentationActively follow up with suppliers to ensure fast, accurate resolutionHighlight trends and recommend improvements to enhance service deliveryMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year experience managing inboxes and prioritizing communications1+ year in service desk, ticketing, or high-volume operationsExceptional written communication and documentation accuracyStrong problem-solving skills with minimal supervisionCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
