The Judge Group is currently seeking a Director of Innovation to work fully onsite at a hospitality based organization outside of Syracuse, NY.

About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Director of Innovation to lead transformative initiatives that shape the future of our organization. In this high-impact role, you will drive cross-functional innovation, champion emerging technologies, and foster a digital-first culture that enhances both Guest and Team Member experiences. You will also co-lead the development and execution of our enterprise-wide AI strategy in partnership with the SVP of Innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic innovation initiatives that improve operational agility, reduce costs, and enhance customer and employee experiences.
  • Define and execute the organization’s AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases and overseeing end-to-end implementation.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to support business transformation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional ideation sessions and workshops to generate and prioritize innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align innovation efforts with business objectives.
  • Drive change management efforts, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Present strategic recommendations and project updates to senior leadership.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to validate hypotheses and inform decision-making.
  • Coach and mentor teams on innovation methodologies and digital transformation best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology, innovation, or business transformation roles.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise-level digital initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and IT project structures.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a top-tier management consulting firm.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Industry experience in gaming, hospitality, or entertainment.
  • Familiarity with gaming and hospitality IT systems.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
