The Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Coordinator is responsible for the administration, performance, and ongoing optimization of LTD's EAM system and its key integrations, including MaxQueue, Automated Fueling Solutions, ERP, CAD / AVL, and future EAM modules and connected platforms. Operating within the Information Technology department, this role serves as a critical bridge between system functionality, automation processes, daily operations, and reporting needs.
The EAM Coordinator partners with Fleet, Facilities, and Materials Management to ensure asset data, preventive maintenance schedules, and shop floor workflows are accurately represented and maintained within the system. The role also collaborates with Business Intelligence, the Data team, and Finance to support high-quality reporting, compliance tracking, and performance analytics that guide both tactical decisions and long-term planning. By maintaining system integrity and aligning cross-departmental use, this position supports both day-to-day operations and broader asset management goals across the agency.
This is a union-represented position under the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) and the Lane Transit District (LTD).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as system administrator and superuser for LTD's EAM platform and related connected systems including MaxQueue, Automated Fueling System, CAD / AVL, and ERP
- Define and maintain analysis objects in collaboration with Fleet to support standardized performance reporting and data consistency
- Validate operational reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs
- Build and maintain reports using EAM built-in Crystal Reports and MaxQueue; collaborate with the BI and Data teams to align EAM-sourced data with enterprise-level reporting initiatives
- Automate recurring and high-impact reporting processes within the EAM environment in coordination with BI and Data staff
- Conduct research and analysis in support of lifecycle cost modeling, vehicle replacement schedules, performance benchmarking, and productivity tracking
- Develop EAM-related KPIs, performance standards, and evaluation metrics for pilot programs and new technology deployments
- Contribute to the assessment and reporting of greenhouse gas impacts from District activities on a biennial schedule
- Develop targeted analysis on operational efficiency and strategic opportunities
- Conduct on-site reviews with department staff to evaluate EAM workflows and data integrity, identifying system or process adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to support upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements and upgrades
- Maintain user access, system security, and data integrity;
- Lead and coordinate EAM system upgrades in collaboration with IT and vendors; support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal disruption to EAM users
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and user documentation; deliver system training to internal users as needed
- Participate in internal project teams to evaluate enhancement requests, document system changes, and implement approved configurations
- Support and help develop data governance standards within EAM, including naming conventions, validation routines, and audit-readiness documentation
- Respond to internal and external data requests for audits, compliance reporting, and performance reviews in coordination with BI and Planning
- Support capital planning and asset lifecycle reporting activities, including SGR and NTD-related data tracking in coordination with BI, Planning and Finance.
- Provide Support to EAM users through ticket resolution, training and knowledge sharing
- Administration of Access Rights in EAM

Experience :
Associate's degree in information technology, maintenance management, facility management, or a related fieldThree (3) years of experience working with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), ERP, or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); Trapeze EAM experience strongly preferredExperience supporting system users, workflows, or reporting related to fleet, facilities, or other asset-intensive operationsPreferred :
Minimum 2 years in technical lead role or 5 years directly related to this position, department, and / or industryFive (5) years of progressively responsible experience in an EAM or data-centric role, or two (2) years in a technical lead capacityStrong foundational knowledge of IT systems and integration conceptsUnderstanding of maintenance, fleet, facilities, or materials management operationsFamiliarity with inventory control and warehouse proceduresExperience participating in or supporting data governance and system integration initiativesHands-on experience creating, modifying, and troubleshooting reports using Crystal Reports and SQL within Trapeze EAM or similar platforms, including performance tuning, dataset validation, and report automationCompetencies for Successful Performance of Job Duties
Knowledge and Skills :
