Job Opportunity : Machine Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team at a leading manufacturer of dessert products. The successful candidate will operate and maintain machinery used in the production of frozen and refrigerated desserts, ensuring that all products meet quality standards while adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols in a cold storage environment.

Schedule : 12 hour shifts

Qualifications

  • Experience : Previous experience as a machine operator in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry (desserts, frozen foods, or related fields).
  • Technical Skills : Basic understanding of machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Ability to work with production machinery in a cold storage environment.
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to work in a cold storage environment. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Safety-Focused : Knowledge of food safety protocols and workplace safety guidelines.
  • Team Player : Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
