job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSchedule : Monday – Friday, 12 : 00 PM – 8 : 30 PM (Overtime may be required) Previous experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Forklift experience is a plus and may be required Strong attention to detail and safety Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Steel toe shoes are required
The Opportunity
Description
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform start-up, shutdown, changeovers, and basic maintenance on assigned machines
- Load materials onto the line, assist with product rework, and support production flow
- Conduct quality checks in accordance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S practices
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
