Job description

• As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Master proficiency in Epic Systems is required. Master proficiency in Build Management is recommended. Expert proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and Design & Build Enablement is suggested. Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of learning and development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application development processes .
