Introduction : Under the guidance of the Regional Director of Wellness and in collaboration with Executive Directors, our Senior Wellness Director plays a pivotal role in leading our wellness departments across multiple communities. This role is crucial in providing professional, respectful, and cost-effective quality care to our residents, ensuring their daily living activities are met while striving to maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee clinical dashboards for wellness management.
• Act as Wellness Director as needed.
• Manage medication orders / reorders and cycle tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all audits and medication management programs.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers to ensure top-notch resident care.
• Visit and follow up with residents and their families regularly.
• Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of wellness staff.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and oversee day-to-day staffing needs.
• Participate in marketing events and maintain high levels of internal and external customer service.
