Operations Coordinator

Join our dynamic Operations team where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and inventory needs are met from the manufacturing site to our warehouse. As an Operations Coordinator, you will impact company goals by supporting the Operations Team across all levels of the supply chain, collaborating with Quality Control, Warehouse, and Sales teams, and helping to fulfill sales orders. You will represent the company culture and ensure all communications and actions reflect our core values.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize NAV for Purchase Planning along with Purchase Order writing and revisions, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Manage invoices for vendors and cross-check them with purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with Planners to problem-solve inventory issues and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse on deliveries and transfer order timing.
  • Own receipt reconciliation against invoices.
  • Communicate with external partners such as vendors and co-manufacturers regarding purchases, artwork changes, inbounds, and performance.
  • Assist planning team to generate periodic reports to provide key metric information and communication to cross-functional departments.
  • Collaborate on version changes in carton and insert artwork.
  • Manage production print approval communication with both internal and external partners.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in planning, purchasing, supply chain, operations management, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with NAV or Navision preferred.
  • Familiarity with consumer packaged goods or consumer industrial products industry.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or equivalent area.
  • Work Environment

    This is a 100% remote, part-time role starting at 20-25 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours per week by the end of October.     This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, California.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00 / hr.
