Job Overview : The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and related processes, with excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.   This role is responsible for managing a variety of accounting tasks, including financial reporting, reconciliations, allocations, ad-hoc support and driving process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.      Your Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review. Respond to ad hoc requests from management
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany variance resolution.
• Oversee and guide the outsourced AR team through invoicing, collections, discrepancy resolution, and customer communications.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules with variance explanations.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial results against budgets and forecasts and provide explanations for key variances.
• Identify and implement process improvements to ensure work is being completed accurately, efficiently and effectively.
• Leverage accounting software and reports to track and manage financial data, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Build relationships by providing assistance and guidance to internal customers and identify areas to drive efficiencies.
• Prepare workbooks as needed for tax, audit and other company reporting requirements. Act as a point of contact if needed.
• Assist the Finance Team on ad hoc financial analysis requests
