Location : Arlington, TX (On-Site)

Position Overview

As a Collections Representative , you will be responsible for contacting customers with delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate account records while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate contact with delinquent customers to collect past-due payments

Negotiate effective payment arrangements and maintain accurate documentation

Monitor, manage, and maintain assigned accounts while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals

Update and verify customer account information and demographics

Ensure compliance with company policies and federal / state regulations

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of collections experience (Auto Collections preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment

Goal-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Knowledge of FDCPA and related collection practices

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to work every other Saturday

Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer / phone

Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Schedule

Hourly Rate : $17.00 / hour

Incentives : Weekly cash incentives based on performance

Schedule : Full-time | Monday–Friday & every other Saturday | 8-hour day shifts
