Duties Description The Office Assistant 1 will provide clerical support to the Addiction Treatment Centers (ATCs). Duties include but are not limited to : filing, setting up and maintaining filing systems; answering and directing telephone calls; receiving, opening, reviewing and distributing all incoming mail; preparing correspondence and other documents; drafting responses and prepare routine letters and memoranda; maintaining calendars; copying, scanning and faxing documents; maintaining equipment; and other job-related duties as required.
Use of Microsoft Office applications : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is expected.
Minimum Qualifications There are no minimum education or experience requirements for this title.
Preferred qualifications : Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
