Medical Director Physician

We are seeking a dedicated,full-time Physician as Medical Director to provide strategic and clinical leadership for ourmultidisciplinary Care Team, which includes Advanced Registered NursePractitioners, Dementia Care Physicians, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, CareNavigators, and support staff. The Medical Director plays a key role indelivering high-quality care to older adults, ensuring clinical excellence,operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.

Location : Remote (Multi-state licensure preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct clinicaloversight to licensed practitioners, with a focus on quality, consistency, andclinical best practices
• Collaborate withinterdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated, person-centered care forpatients with neurocognitive and complex medical needs
• Serve as a strategic partnerin evolving clinical protocols and virtual care delivery models
• Support performanceimprovement initiatives and quality assurance programs
• Participate in hiring,mentoring, and ongoing development of clinical staff
• Help drive value-basedoutcomes and support risk-based care initiatives
• Represent clinicalleadership in cross-functional meetings, contributing to the broader vision andstrategy
