THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL :
- Develop 2D CAD templates and symbol databases for panel and schematic drafting from ground up, including electrical, pneumatic and hydraulics using AutoCAD
- Design and develop the layout of control systems including all required PLC, PC, HMI, safety, and communication hardware.
- Create electrical control cabinet design with all necessary documentation according to industry and customer requirements.
- Select industrial control systems hardware for use with PLC control systems, drive sizing, component sizing, and control hardware specification and selection
- Create Sequence of Operations, Timing Charts, Programs, Parameter Lists, Instructions
- Develop defect free designs according to Safety and Environmental Regulations within time and budgetary guidelines.
THE CONTROLS SOFTWARE ENGINEER WILL :

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronic EngineeringMinimum 2 years experience as a Controls or Automation Engineer, all other qualifications may be gained concurrently with this requirement.Minimum 2 years experience in on-site troubleshooting of PLC devicesMinimum 2 years experience in Automation programming / coordination between PLC devicesMinimum 2 years experience with a combination of the following PLC Brands : Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, OmronMinimum 2 years experience with Servo Motors (Yaskawa) or Industrial Servo Robots (Motoman, Sepro or Fanuc)Experience working independently, as well as working in a team-orientated and fast-paced startup-like environment.Obtain and Maintain a Valid Driver LicenseAbility to travel up to 50%
