    • Responsibilities

    The Telecom Operator answers phones in a courteous manner, directing individuals to the correct department / individual, and answers any property information questions.

    Qualifications

    Job Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years’ experience working with phone systems.
  • Effective oral communication skills.

    • Preferred Job Requirements :

  • Computerized data entry experience.

    • Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
