Position Summary

Do you have heart and a strong desire to help people with addiction? Reed Behavioral Health is seeking Licensed and Pre-Licensed Co-occurring Disorder Therapists to provide integrated care to clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders at our beautiful new Plymouth location. This role is ideal for highly engaging clinicians who are passionate about recovery, collaborating as a team, and delivering impactful outcomes. Flexible schedules and in-person and virtual options are available to all providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Diagnostic Assessments / Comprehensive Assessments and develop Individualized Treatment Plans
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family psychotherapy
• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with agency and licensing standards as outlined in 245G and 245I
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
• Promote a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed environment

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field

Current licensure or license eligible in mental health (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT, LP)

Substance use license or certification preferred for Master's Level clinicians (e.g., LADC)

Minimum 2 years of experience treating co-occurring disorders

Strong understanding of outpatient treatment models and recovery principles

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with 245G and 245I requirements and commitment to compliance.

RVU salary range for pre-licensed providers is $70,000 - 95,000

RVU salary rage for licensed providers is $90,000 - $125,000
