HIRING IMMEDIATELY : LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK IN WACO, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Logistics Administrative Clerk to join our client in Waco, TX. This individual will be responsible for scheduling shipments and deliveries. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience or experience in a related role. Apply online and kick-start your career today!

Pay, Schedule, Location

  • Starting at $21 / hour, paid weekly
  • 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays)
  • Located in Waco, TX 76712

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedules shipments and deliveries
  • Communicates with carriers and clients. Liaises with drivers and transport providers
  • Maintains records and documentation (e.g., BOLs, PODs). Prepares shipping documents and labels
  • Tracks orders and inventory
  • Manages transportation schedules and routing
  • Uses inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Handles administrative tasks for the warehouse (e.g., invoicing, data entry, scheduling)
  • Supports the warehouse manager with reports and KPIs

    • Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with inventory management systems SAP, Oracle
  • Inventory control experience preferred
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
