What you'll do :
Process incoming vendor invoices & reconcile vendor statements.Ensure that invoices are entered accurately and in a timely fashionCommunicate with vendors to answer questions, clarify terms and resolve issues.Ensure imaging of invoice supporting documents is timely and accurately performed.Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.Assist in preparation of journal entry support.Perform other duties as assigned or required.What you'll need :
High School diploma.1-3 years of relevant, hands-on experience.Great communication and math skills.Ability to work with others and deal effectively with vendors and operations to answer questions and provide information.ERP and Microsoft Office experience, intermediate Excel skills & NetSuite experience is a plus.Excellent attention to detail & strong problem-solving skills.Experience working independently and ability to prioritize tasks.Organized and self-motivated.Regular dependable attendance.Equal Opportunity Employer
