Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN with a current CA license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications for a 13-week day shift assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting

Day shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 7 : 00 to 19 : 30

Every other weekend work is required

Epic charting experience is preferred

Orientation includes required e-learning modules completed on site

Modules are required during orientation and vary by specialty

Only one holiday request off will be approved during the contract

Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; locals are accepted at a different pay rate

Former staff must have a one-year gap since prior employment to return as a traveler

\n \n Requirements\n

Active CA RN license required

Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications from AHA or American Red Cross required

Minimum of 2 years ICU RN experience required

Must provide two recent supervisor references

Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of accepting the position
