The shipping clerk position is a fast-paced environment. This position is essential to the operation's success as it works closely with carriers, customers, and on-site management to manage shipping billing and invoicing. It requires organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities :

• Work with management to maintain outbound trailer pool.
• Schedule trailers in and out of loading doors.
• Schedule outbound drop pickup.
• Communicate with dispatch(s) to ensure pickup.
• Record outbound load quality.
• Ensures all loader paperwork is filled out correctly and completely.
• Resolve any shipping nonconformities. Resolve any issues with shipping with internal staff.
• Files paperwork daily.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Follow all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

Schedule : Monday - Thursday 5 : 00am - 3 : 30pm

Pay Rate : $19.50 / hr.
