About Us : Heights Wellness Retreat is a modern sanctuary dedicated to rejuvenation, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. We offer massage therapy, skin care, cryotherapy, halo salt therapy, and other innovative services — all designed to elevate body and mind.

Position Overview : We are seeking a Wellness Concierge to join our team and help create an exceptional guest experience. This role ensures that treatment rooms and wellness spaces are beautifully prepared, organized, and maintained throughout the day. The ideal candidate is positive, customer-facing, and enjoys providing warm, attentive service in a calm, spa-like setting.

Schedule : Part-time position, primarily Thursday through Sunday. Occasional flexibility for coverage or special events may be requested.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist guests as they arrive in our “Well” relaxation area

Prepare treatment rooms and wellness spaces before and after services

Launder and fold towels, robes, and linens throughout the day

Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest areas, back-of-house, and laundry spaces

Restock supplies and ensure all rooms are guest-ready at all times

Support the wellness team with light housekeeping and setup as needed

Uphold the retreat’s atmosphere of tranquility and professionalism

Qualifications :

Friendly, positive, and customer-service oriented

Prior experience in hospitality, spa, or wellness environments preferred (not required)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits :

Starting at $20.00 / hour (based on experience)
