Recognized as a subject matter expert in at least one area of application development. Capable of adjusting priorities in response to changing needs.
Job Description :
- Participate in complex design projects, applying deep expertise in Pega7, Pega8, and Pega24, with a strong background in customer service applications.
- Manage technical implementation to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
- Apply Pega architecture, security frameworks, and service interfaces to create reliable software solutions.
- Convert complex business needs into clear technical requirements using effective requirement gathering and industry-standard tools.
- Develop systems that are flexible, reusable, and easy to maintain.
- Offer development support and design advice throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve technical challenges as they arise during development.
- Continuously monitor and enhance system performance.
- Work collaboratively with production support and development teams to assist end users and address defects, including providing emergency support when necessary.
- Coordinate with partner teams in development, testing, and support to deliver integrated solutions.
