Our client a prominent AmLaw 100 international law firm is seeking a motivated junior to senior-level Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Gaming Practice . This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex regulatory and litigation matters within one of the most cutting-edge gaming practices in the country.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing
• 26 years of substantive experience with technology and gaming law
• Demonstrated experience handling regulatory issues and litigation actions including consumer class action gambling loss recovery actions and mass arbitration
• Experience with state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations
• Multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks experience is preferred
• Strong research writing and analytical skills with demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to inspire client confidence through a strong presence advocacy skills and practical judgment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and drive to contribute meaningfully to a rapidly growing practice
