Lead Product Manager

One of Insight Global's customers in the Oil and Gas industry is looking for a Lead Product Manager that can either site in Hybrid in Houston, TX or remote with 30% travel to Houston. This person's primary focus will be translating consumer insights into strategic product decisions while aligning internal teams to execute.

Responsibilities :

• Partner closely with both the Houston-based and current PM to align roadmap with market needs.
• Own product strategy process, documents and own quarterly roadmap planning.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives like pricing changes, new feature rollouts, or partner integrations.
• Manage go-to-market coordination (with Sales, and Customer Success).
• Support competitive analysis, win / loss interviews, and business case development for new initiatives.

Success Metrics :

Pay : $150,000 - $160,000
