Job Description

This position is suitable for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, service-focused individual who will monitor, maintain, and complete client billing and reconciliations, as well as participate in reporting and account maintenance processes. The Financial Analyst position supports our Client Finance team by partnering with Publicis Groupe client contacts to ensure campaigns are invoiced according to proper procedures.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee client invoicing in a timely and accurate manner
• Catalog and track related client contracts
• Compile and organize all relevant contract details into a comprehensive billing schedule (i.e. fee types and amounts, invoice timing, and payment terms)
• Manage outstanding Accounts Receivable and drive collections follow-ups with client contacts as needed
• Assist in ad hoc reporting and cross-team support when bandwidth allows

Compensation Range : $49,305- 65,415 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
