Starting out in the field can be exciting - and overwhelming. The idea of private practice might sound appealing, but billing, insurance, and marketing can feel like a whole second job.

That's where A New Hope Therapy Center comes in. We offer the freedom and flexibility of private practice with the support and mentorship of a team . You'll build a steady caseload (around 25 clients when full-time) while we take care of the administrative side - verifying benefits, scheduling intakes, and managing insurance billing - so you can focus on what really matters : your clients.

About the Role

We're seeking passionate mental health therapists to join our growing team. Positions are available for both W2 employees and independent contractors , with flexibility for in-person and hybrid schedules.

You'll provide therapy for individuals, families, and groups; conduct assessments; create treatment plans; and work closely with a collaborative clinical team that values consultation and growth.
