About the Role :
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our studio team in a flexible role averaging up to 3035 hours per week . This is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, loves talking to people, and is passionate about health and wellness but also values a bit more flexibility than a traditional full-time job.
What Youll Do :
Greet members and guests with a warm, energetic welcomeConduct studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout and membership optionsFollow up with leads and convert prospects into loyal membersMaintain front desk operations and studio cleanlinessSupport sales campaigns and community eventsDeliver an exceptional in-studio experience, every timeWhat Were Looking For :
Outgoing and personable with strong communication skillsSales experience (fitness or retail preferred)Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others reach their goalsAvailable to work 3035 hours / week , including a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shiftsTeam player with a do whatever it takes attitudeWhat Youll Get :
