Supporting A Project Team Through Consistent Process Execution
You will work on a project team to gain critical skills and experience while providing support to multiple processes during a project's life cycle.
Your top priority is to support your project's leadership and mastering project tasks to drive accuracy.
Responsibilities include :
- Tracking project processes, from start up to close out.
- Supporting project leadership, field teams, and clients over a project's lifecycle through tracking and driving administrative processes for the project.
- Gathering critical information that enables leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key financial metrics / results.
- Learning tasks and processes to gain technical industry knowledge and basic project management skills.
Experience required :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.1-3 years experience in project management or a related field.Some construction project experience preferred.Strengths that are important to Harmon :
