About The Position

Shift :

3 × 12-hour Night Shifts

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team in Quincy, CA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, ensure patient safety, and support the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and record patient symptoms, reactions, and progress.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-discharge instructions.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient charts.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control procedures, and state / federal regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Active California RN License — Must be currently active.

Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience (SNF or acute care preferred).

BLS certification required (ACLS preferred).

Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule :

Night Shifts (3 × 12 hours per week)

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
