The Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Insurance Specialist to own and lead the insurance claims process from post-inspection through claim approval and job scope finalization. You'll be the subject matter expert for Xactimate, claims documentation, and carrier negotiation ensuring claims are processed efficiently, accurately, and profitably.

As an Insurance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in building a high-performance claims operation that protects customer outcomes, drives revenue, aligns projects scope and reduces cycle time.

We're looking for a claims professional with hands-on Xactimate experience, restoration or construction claims background, and the ambition to grow into a leadership role in our restoration division.

Key Responsibilities

Manage insurance claims from intake to closeout.

Serve as primary liaison between insurance carriers, customers, and internal teams.

Ensure all claims meet regulatory, carrier, and contractual requirements.

Collaborate with roofing specialists to finalize job scope and move claim to contracted project.
