The Engineering Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Robotics Lab Operator at an exciting artificial intelligence organization in San Francisco, CA .

Responsibilities

  • Support robotics system data collection and production in a robotics laboratory
  • Work with Lab Operations team to perform routine tests
  • Ensure a clean and safe lab environment
  • 90% data collection with robotics systems

Operate robotics systems and control with a tablet

  • 5% hardware assembly support
  • 5% lab maintenance (working with robots and power suppliers)

    • Requirements :

  • Related experience / transferable skills

    • Assembly, repetitive tasks. Someone interested in technology sector and are more mechanically minded.

  • Experience working with robotics or drones is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work as a team and individually
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
  • Must be comfortable with repetitive work

    • Additional Details :

  • 100% onsite position

    • Schedule : 6 : 30am-2 : 30pm

  • Training could be on 9am-5pm to start out
  • Position type : Contract opportunity approved through the end of the year with potential to be extended.
  • Recommend commute by public transportation due to parking
  • Pay rate approved up to $22 / hr

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
