Case Manager
A Case Manager interacts with customers / stakeholders in support of access and affordability programs, managing complex reimbursement and other patient care challenges with autonomy, and provides a positive customer experience. This position is 100% remote but must work the EST time zone. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent. Typically requires 5+ years of related experience. Healthcare (Patient Journey) experience. Insurance / Reimbursement.
