The Opportunity :
- The Patient Sales Representative at 77 Plastic Surgery is a foundational role for the business.
- You will be on the front lines helping women from all over the world to look and feel their best through safe, proven, and transformational nonsurgical and surgical cosmetic, health, and wellness services.
- You’ll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for new patient leads by adding a personalized touch to engage with our potential new patients, utilizing various modes of communication (chat, text, email, phone, and video).
- You will be directly responsible for building relationships with new patient prospects, converting qualified leads into opportunities for our sales team, and providing exceptional patient service.
- In this role, you will partner with the Director of Sales to identify opportunities for improving our team’s conversion rate.
- As a Patient Sales Representative, you’ll have the opportunity for professional progression into other functional areas within the Sales & Marketing Teams.
- For this position, we are looking for someone located locally near the office in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
Compensation :
2,000 - $3,000 monthly + bonus
Responsibilities :
Contact inbound leads via chat, text, phone, email, and videoSchedule appointments with potential patients for our sales teamWork with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales processBuild long-term raving fan relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer serviceManage and track leads and related sales activities in GoHighLevel CRM, Google Sheets, and practice management softwareParticipate in team meetings and provide regular updates on progressPlease note :
The successful employee must be available to contact all new inbound leads within 5 minutes during the hours of Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm Pacific Time.
