What You'll Do

  • Review and update resident service plans in line with State requirements.
  • Supervise nursing services and implement wellness programs.
  • Conduct assessments with the Family Service Coordinator for new residents.
  • Train and orient staff on wellness procedures and provide in-services.
  • Monitor at-risk residents and create risk management plans.
  • Oversee medication setup and delivery systems.
  • Respond to resident emergencies and document care provided.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Nurse : LPN licensed in (list the state)
  • Experience : At least 1 year working with seniors preferred.
  • Skills : Strong knowledge of medications, senior health factors, and clinical practices.
