job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil engineering program; Fall 2025 graduates are encouraged to apply EI / EIT registration or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire 0-2 years of related transportation design or study experience Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, and excited to sharpen your abilities with industry-standard software including AutoCAD and Microstation
Responsibilities
- Participate in diverse projects from initial concept through final blueprints
- Dive into roadway engineering calculations, analysis, and design work that directly impacts communities
- Create construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates that bring projects to life
- Conduct transportation studies that solve real mobility challenges
- Work alongside seasoned engineers who genuinely want to mentor you
- Build relationships with clients and community members while developing transportation solutions
