What you'll do

We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Viasat Government People & Culture (P&C) team as a People & Culture People Partner. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds : meaningful collaboration in our Tempe office and the flexibility of remote work.

The People & Culture (P&C) People Partner is a trusted advisor responsible for delivering operational P&C generalist services across Viasat Government (VGOV). This role supports employees and managers through the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of P&C policies, effective resolution of employee relations matters, and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Operating in a dynamic and highly regulated environment, the People Partner provides hands-on support in performance management, investigations, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. This role collaborates closely with shared services, centers of excellence, and other P&C functions to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with VGOV's values and business goals

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers
• Conduct thorough, impartial workplace investigations and document findings with recommended actions
• Promote open communication and conflict resolution to foster a respectful and productive work environment

Understanding and working knowledge of :

Salary range

$104,500.00 - $165,000.00 / annually.

For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $124,500.00- $186,500.00 / annually

Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
