Job Description

Attention Pizza Lovers! We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Servers at Pizza Inn. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and want to be a part of a successful pizza experience, then this is the job for you!

Job Summary

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Present the menu, inform guests of specials and answer any questions they may have
  • Take food orders and relay them to the kitchen staff with accuracy
  • Prepare and deliver beverage orders
  • Serve dishes promptly and garnish them with proper presentation
  • Assist in stocking and resetting tables, as well as bussing tables
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction with food and service
  • Complete opening and closing checklists
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

    • Job Requirements

  • Must be organized, flexible, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling money
  • Pleasant, personable, and friendly attitude
  • Sense of urgency and ability to maintain a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation

    • Physical & Mental Requirements :

  • Must be able to stand for periods of up to 4 hours
  • Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication
  • Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers, team members and management
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel repeatedly over a long period of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
