Nurse Practitioner - Vein Specialist

Salary : $90 - $99 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner specializing in vein and vascular care to join our growing team. In this role, you will conduct consultations and comprehensive exams, develop and coordinate treatment plans, perform vein procedures, educate patients, and participate in follow-ups and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct pre-procedure consultations and post-procedure follow-up visits with patients.
• Perform comprehensive history and physical exams to assess patient health.
• Order diagnostic tests, review results, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Coordinate patient care and effectively communicate findings with the supervising physician.
• Manage ongoing outpatient care, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and necessary lifestyle changes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice to enhance patient care.
