Senior Health Economics / Outcome Research Specialist - Remote / Telecommute

Job Description :

• Implement HEOR studies from inception to completion, including preparing study protocols, statistical analysis plan (SAP), study reports, abstracts and manuscripts.
• Perform statistical analysis using real-world large healthcare databases (e.g., insurance claims, electronic medical records, hospital discharge database, and registry).
• Conduct literature search, review and synthesis; review and critique medical and evidence-based outcomes literature & statistical analyses.
• Deliver and present the results / findings through congress abstracts and / or manuscripts where possible.
• Carry out time-sensitive statistical data analysis to find patterns, trends, insights and inconsistencies in large database to support evidence based decision making.
• Interacts with and presents findings to multiple departments within including global market access, HTA, clinical affairs, market research, clinical and product marketing, and publication teams.
• Builds relationships with Key Opinion Leaders across stakeholder landscape : Physicians, Providers, Payers, Policy makers & Professional Societies to deliver and reinforce the value message of robotic- assisted surgery in key clinical areas.
• Track the HEOR project plan, the timelines, and the deliverables across HEOR studies to assure the deliverables are aligned with the strategic goals in a timely manner.
