Human Resources Director

The HR Director will lead strategic human resources initiatives across global operations. This role is responsible for driving talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement while aligning HR practices with the company's mission and business goals.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute global HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape organizational culture and workforce planning.
• Lead succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs.
• Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across technical and corporate functions.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to design competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Ensure compliance with international labor laws and internal policies.
• Oversee HR systems, data integrity, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment with GDPR and other global regulatory frameworks.
• Support organizational transformation initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
• Lead communication strategies during periods of change.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Permanent position based out of McLean, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 / yr.
